Shown as a yearling and a 3yr old, with great success including a Bronze medal at Warrington show 2009. She was also 1st and Reserve champion at NCPA Maelor and 1st, champion yougstock and Overall Sec.A champion at Merioneth County Show.
Lacy Jess went on to enjoy herself grazing on the mountain with the other breeding mares following a great showing season as a 3 year old.
When she turned five, I put her to Lacy Brigadier for her first foal. In May 2011, Jess had a colt foal, the first to take my prefix- Cwmgwennol, 'Swallow Valley'.
